Local lottery is launched

A local community centre has launched a weekly lottery.

The Kabin in Loanhead has launched Loanhead 50/50 Lottery, selling tickets for £1.

The 50/50 format means that 50 per cent of funds will go straight to the winner, with the other 50 per cent supporting local community projects.

Draws will be held each Friday and results will be displayed in the Kabin and on its Facebook and web pages. The lottery is managed through Loanhead Community Learning Centre in Mayburn Avenue.
