Life's a picnic for youngsters

LIFE Size teddy bears are set to join specially arranged picnics for youngsters at libraries and community venues across the Capital, to celebrate National Bookstart Day.

Bookstart UK is a national gift scheme offering free books to children.

Bookstart Sighthill will host an event on National Bookstart Day, Friday, October 7, where kids over three years old can sing songs and rhymes, and receive a free book.
