Life of crime put in focus

A HARD-HITTING DVD warning youths about the dangers of becoming involved in serious organised crime is set to be shown in every secondary school in the Lothians.

All high school children from S2 and above will be shown the five-segment film called Slide, which depicts one youngster’s descent into a life of crime and drug addiction after he becomes involved with organised crime.

Lothian and Borders Police worked with Greenbanana Films, based in Dalkeith, to develop the DVD.
