Lehman Bros art goes for £1.6m

Memorabilia and artwork from collapsed investment bank Lehman Brothers sold for £1.6 million yesterday.

A plaque from the opening of the firm's Canary Wharf office in 2004 by then-Chancellor Gordon Brown was among the hottest items. It went for 28,750, way above an estimate of 1,000-1,500.
