Lease extension for deli

A DELICATESSEN in the city centre is to have its lease extended by its landlord, the city council.

Deli Fresco – located opposite the Thistle Hotel on Leith Street – is to have its current lease, at an annual rent of 13,780 a year, extended by ten years.

The lease can be reviewed by the council in April 2013 and then again in 2018.
