Kitchin added to the mix for chef experiment
Michelin-starred Tom has signed up to The Cube by Electrolux, a temporary eatery on top of London’s Royal Festival Hall, which will see the chefs involved interact with guests as they prepare food.
He will be presenting a menu using locally sourced ingredients for two weeks from July 9-15 and July 30- August 5.

Hide AdDouble Michelin-starred chefs Sat Bains, Claude Bosi and Daniel Clifford, and winners of Ramsay’s Best Restaurant 2010 and Michelin star holders Jonray and Peter Sanchez will also be spending time at The Cube, which has seen successful spells in Brussels and Milan.
Serving a minimum of five courses, dishes will be accompanied by specially matched wines and original sound and light concepts.

Tom opened Leith restaurant The Kitchin in 2006 and it was awarded a coveted Michelin star only six months later, making him the youngest ever Scottish chef and proprietor to achieve one, at the age of 29.
