Kevin’s free for all call

Outgoing Information Commissioner Kevin Dunion is set to remind MSPs of their “promise” to extend freedom of information laws, as he delivers his final report to parliament.

Mr Dunion was to appear at the justice committee today, and said beforehand: “The MSPs promised when the act was coming into effect that it would be extended to cover more organisations, and ten years on we are still waiting for that. I just want to remind them.”
