Keep the sick occupied
A PILOT scheme to get people with long-term health problems back into work has been launched by NHS Lothian.
The aim is to find people short-term work so they can maintain skills. Coordinator Rosa O'Hagan said: "Managers can refer employees who are on sick leave or unfit for the full duties of their current post to the occupational health service."
