Kart smash student still seriously hurt

A STUDENT remained in a serious condition in hospital last night, following a karting accident at Knockhill circuit.

The unnamed 19-year-old Dundee University student was injured on Tuesday when he collided with a barrier during the Formula Student event while driving the Dundee team’s car on a test round at the racing circuit.
