Justice on the hoof: Community administers its own punishment to four donkey thieves

Four men stand roped together next to one of the two donkeys they were accused by locals of stealing, in the town of Otumba, Mexico, at the weekend.

The local community apprehended the men, tied them up and beat them before handing them over to police officers following an eight-hour long negotiation.
