Jim takes the chair at Telford

Edinburgh's Telford College has appointed Jim Donaldson CBE to chairman of the board of management.

Mr Donaldson has over 14 years' experience of lecturing in the Capital, and previously held the post of Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Schools at the Scottish Office.
