Jail for mosque bomb threat man

A MAN has been jailed for threatening people at a mosque and implying he had a bomb in his backpack.

Fraser Rae, 28, entered Glasgow’s Central Mosque on 23 September and shouted that he had a gun and threatened to shoot those near him, the city’s Sheriff Court was told.

He was also shouting racist and threatening remarks. Following his arrest by police called to the scene, Rae’s backpack was searched and found to contain a “Scream” mask, gloves and scissors.
