Jack’s now drawn award

CHILD artist Jack Henderson has earned a top award from the Institute of Fundraising after raising more than £30,000 for charity.

The talented six-year-old, from Prestonpans, was recognised for his efforts in the digital fundraising category for raising funds for the Sick Kids Friends Foundation earlier this year.

Jack began his fundraising for the charity by drawing colourful sketches in exchange for donations as his two-year-old brother, Noah, was treated at the Sick Kids hospital.

His website – jackdrawsanything.com – has become a huge hit and has raised thousands for the charity.

Ed Henderson, Jack’s dad, said: “The whole family is incredibly proud of him and we’re over the moon he has been awarded this top honour.”
