YOUNGSTER Grace Rose, two, helps look after the first lamb at Gorgie City Farm, which was born on Thursday.

The lamb is being given a bottle of colostrum but farm staff are sure that the mother’s milk will come soon as the lamb has started to suckle. His mum is a Suffolk sheep, while the father is a Ryland, who has won awards at the Royal Highland Show.
