It’s game on for Sick Kids

GAMERS across the globe are rallying round for a 24-hour gaming marathon in support of the Sick Kids hospital.

The event is being held next weekend and has raised over £30,000 in its first two years.

Organiser Tom Freeman said: “People who run marathons like running, but they probably get pretty tired about halfway through. A few hours in you do hit a wall but we’ve got great participants, some from as far off as Canada. It’s not too late to sign up.”
