Italy ordered to repay fee for Elton John concert

The European Union has ordered Italy to repay more than £59,913 in EU money used to pay Sir Elton John for a concert in Naples last year.

Italy used EU cash - typically used for investment projects - for the star's fee. The European Commission said that was inappropriate.
