Islamic schools in assault inquiry

A POLICE investigation is under way into allegations of assault at three religious centres in Scotland's largest city. The investigation is focused at Islamic schools at three locations in the city.

It does not involve Glasgow Central Mosque. A spokeswoman for Strathclyde Police said: "A 49-year-old woman is subject to a report to the procurator-fiscal."
