Inspectors praise school

A REPORT by inspectors has found that Longstone Primary School provides "a very good standard of education" for pupils.

In a report following a visit in March, inspectors said that the school had "progressed well" since a visit in April 2008. Gillian Tee, the city council's director of children and families, commended the headteacher on the "good standard of education".
