Injunction probe sought

MPs have been asked to investigate the super-injunction taken out by Sir Fred Goodwin to find out whether it relates to the collapse of RBS.

A copy of the super-injunction has been passed by Lib Dem MP John Hemming to Andrew Tyrie, chairman of the Treasury select committee. Mr Hemming was the man to reveal the existence of the injunction, by raising it in the Commons.
