A GIANT rubber duck seen sailing down London’s River Thames has gotten residents in a lather as a new initiative for Britons to have more fun was launched.

The 50ft high, 60ft wide duck set off on its voyage from West India Dock to London Bridge earlier today.

The duck was photographed sailing past some of London’s most iconic monuments, including the O2 Dome, the Tower of London and the Gherkin.
