Human remains are found on beach

HUMAN remains have been found on a beach in Stoer Bay, by Lochinver, police have revealed.

Officers from Northern Constabulary said it had launched an investigation, and is trying to identify the remains, after being called to the scene by a member of the public at 2:50pm, yesterday.
