Hub on track for March

FAULDHOUSE Community Development Trust is still hopeful that its community hub will be finished by early March despite the recent wintry weather.

Work on refurbishing the former council offices in Main Street started in November, with the aim of creating a self-sustaining community facility.

The hub will provide a venue for activities, including youth events and cooking workshops, as well as a proposed community cinema. There will also be retail space for local groups and businesses.
