HR company set to hire 200 staff

A HUMAN resources firm is to create 200 new jobs, it was announced yesterday.

Ceridian, which provides payroll and other services to companies including Asda and RBS, also plans to relocate from its base in Hillington in Glasgow to Braehead next year.

The 200 new workers will be taken on between 2012 and 2014 after the firm got 1.8million from Scottish Enterprise.

Ceridian, which employs 280 staff, already had plans to take on 110 new employees by the end of 2011 thanks to a previous round of funding. The total workforce will stand at 590 by the end of 2014.
