Hotel reviews not trusted, poll shows

TWO in three people do not trust online hotel reviews, and nearly half of the over-55s never look at reviews before making a hotel booking, a new poll by LateRooms.com has found.

The survey of 1,165 UK adults showed 61 per cent always check hotel reviews but half of them ignore bad write-ups to book anyway.
