Hospice team gears up for epic bike ride

Intrepid cyclists from St Columba's Hospice in Edinburgh were getting in gear as they set off on an epic adventure recently as part of a charity challenge.

The 21 cyclists were embarking on the Celtic Challenge, which will see them complete a 200-mile journey to the Isle of Iona.

The challenge has been undertaken to help raise funds to build a new St Columba's Hospice, and it is hoped the event will help boost the hospice appeal funds by as much as 20,000.
