Homes plan for church

A DEVELOPER has submitted plans to convert a former Lothian church into two new houses.

Alastair Seagroatt has applied for permission to convert the former St Andrews Church, located in East Linton. Built in 1843, the church, which is a listed building, overlooks the village square and fountain.

The planning proposal will be considered by East Lothian Council at a future meeting.
