Homes plan blocked

A DEVELOPER has been refused permission to build seven new homes in a Lothian town.

Dunglass Ltd applied for approval to build the seven houses, as well as garages, gardens and access roads, on land at Gin Head in North Berwick.

The company first submitted the proposals in January 2006. However, East Lothian Council refused to give planning approval following a recent meeting.
