Homeless tuck into a Grand feast

Up to 80 homeless people enjoyed a festive three-course lunch with all the trimmings when Edinburgh homeless charity Streetwork and the Sheraton Grand Hotel hosted a Christmas dinner for some of the Capital's most vulnerable residents.

Streetwork's Clare Gibson said: "Christmas is especially tough for those living on the streets; when the rest of us are over indulging many homeless people are simply trying to survive.

"This is our way of making a fuss over them and giving them something to enjoy over Christmas."
