Holiday to hit bin collection

CHANGES are being made to the Capital's bin collections next week due to the upcoming public holiday.

There will be limited collections on Monday but people are being asked to put out their bins as normal and collections will be undertaken as soon as is possible. The only people affected are those who have weekly bin collections on this day.

The city council said black bag, communal bins and trade waste collections will also be operating normally and the four Community Recycling Centres will be open as usual.
