Holiday home will leave you star-struck

Old Observatory House has been brought back from dereliction to become a holiday home with a stunning view.

The city council has worked with listed building specialists the Vivat Trust to restore the Calton Hill site and it is now available for short-term lets.

Councillor Deidre Brock, the city's culture and leisure convener said: "The house has been beautifully decorated and fitted out by Vivat Trust and its lucky visitors will be extremely comfortable, while enjoying the best views in town."
