Heroin addict attacked men

A HEROIN addict attacked two pedestrians in the city centre in the space of two hours.

Nicholas Wynne, 21, a prisoner in Saughton, told both men: "This is a street robbery. I have a knife."

One of the victims was taken to a cash machine and forced to hand over 200.

Wynne had previously pleaded guilty to assault and robbery charges on 7 January this year, but sentence was deferred for social work reports and Wynne was remanded in custody.
