Hearts' Nade joins fans for a game after punching team-mate

HEARTS striker Christian Nade enjoyed playing five-a-side football with fans – just 24 hours after punching a team-mate in a dressing room dispute.

He may have jeopardised his career with the club after striking midfielder Ian Black following last week's 2-0 defeat at Celtic Park. He now faces a gross misconduct charge after the incident, which followed an angry exchange over the pair's performances.

But Nade appeared unruffled when he joined fans for a friendly kickabout at Edinburgh's World of Football pitches.

The French striker, who happily posed for pictures afterwards, is thought to have come along after the game was arranged on Facebook. His brother was among the other players.

However, Nade could face further disciplinary action for playing without permission from the club. Hearts have already taken a dim view of the dressing room bust-up, and he could face a hefty fine. It could also affect the 8,000 a week player's contract extension.

Manager Jim Jefferies has consulted senior officials at Tynecastle and was disappointed with the striker's performance against Celtic last week.

He was dropped for Saturday's match against Falkirk, which Hearts won 3-2.
