Health club staff get set for fundraiser
Staff at the Queen Street health club, have been encouraging members to sign up for the half marathon, and decided they would go that extra mile by taking part themselves.
Extra classes have been laid on for staff and members to go running together to build stamina.
The chosen charity of the health club is Unicef. Bannatyne Fitness founder Duncan Bannatyne is a Unicef ambassador.
Richard Murphy, general manager of Bannatyne's Edinburgh said: "From the fitness team and sales team through to the domestic team everyone from the health club is getting involved. Many of our staff have never run a half marathon before so it'll be a challenge but we have each other to help with motivation."
