Health and wellbeing are on the agenda

ANYONE interested in health and wellbeing are invited to attend a general meeting of the East Lothian Public Partnership Forum next month.

Visitors to the meeting will have the chance to learn more about the county Public Partnership Forum (PPF) including how to sign up or become involved in decisions that may affect local communities.

A spokesman said: "Anyone is welcome who is interested in health - individuals, community groups and voluntary organisations.

"Come along and find out more about your local PPF, how you can be a member and become involved in decisions that may affect your health."

During the meeting, to be held at Gullane Village Hall in East Lothian, visitors will receive a presentation about a new GP surgery and day centre in the village including comment from council architect John Scott. There will also be discussions on how to become more involved with the PPF.

The meeting will be held on November 11 from 3pm to 5pm
