Grumpy accused of assaulting Happy

A MAN is facing an assault charge for allegedly hitting a town hall cleaner on the head with a toilet roll because he was angry the man was whistling.

Police in Massachusetts said Allen Kerner was using the toilet when the cleaner, who didn't realise he was there, upset him by whistling as he worked.
