Ground-breaking concert by Israelis

An ISRAELI orchestra is to perform works by Adolf Hitler's favourite composer, Richard Wagner, in a taboo-breaking concert in Germany next year.

A spokeswoman for the Israel Chamber Orchestra said the concert will take place at July's Bayreuth festival. It will be the first time an Israeli orchestra has played Wagner in Germany.
