Green for go in online climate debate

POLITICIANS are set to exchange views tonight in what is being billed as the first ever online climate change debate.

The live debate will be broadcast from 7.30pm with the public interacting via Twitter.

Among those taking part are Liam McClure, Frank Laurie and three-year-old Alex, Tam Craig and Kate Studd, pictured above.

Gail Wilson, a co-ordinator for organiser Stop Climate Change Scotland, said: "Our online debate is a chance for everybody to put their climate change concerns directly to those with the power to make a difference."
