Goldie vows not to 'duck and dive'

SCOTTISH Tory leader Annabel Goldie was today set to promise her party would face up to tough decisions and not "duck and dive like the snake oil salesmen of the other parties".

Addressing her party's conference in Perth, she is expected to say: "The Scottish Conservatives will continue to do what is right and to do all we can to put Conservative policies into action. We will tell it like is."

She will say that means graduates paying an affordable contribution from future earnings.
