Go-ahead for homes plan

A DEVELOPER is set to build nearly 50 homes in the 
Lothians after the project was given the green light by council chiefs.

Mansell Partnership Homes applied for planning permission to build 14 cottage flats, 31 two-storey terraced and semi-detached houses, as well as a bungalow suitable for wheelchair users.

The new development is set to be created on vacant land in Salters Road in the north end of Wallyford, East Lothian.
