Glasgow School of Art branches out

THE Glasgow School of Art has announced plans to launch a satellite centre in the North of Scotland in a major boost for higher education in the region.

Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE), with the aid of European Union funding, is to assist the internationally famous school of art to establish a 1.2 million Centre for Design Innovation at the Enterprise Park in Forres.
