Germany: Police launch hunt for stolen baby

Police last night said a newborn girl had been stolen from a hospital on the outskirts on Frankfurt.

They said the baby was born early yesterday and a woman who came in to the mother's room around noon took the girl away. The mother thought the woman was taking the child to take a picture of her - but she did not come back. A major hunt is now under way.
