German lifts Empire State sprint record

Thomas Dold of Germany won the Empire State Building Run-Up for a record sixth straight year yesterday, sprinting up 86 flights in ten mins, ten secs.

Australian rower Alice McNamara was the women's winner in 13 min, three sec.
