George Foulkes hosts Caribbean visitors

LOTHIANS Labour MSP George Foulkes hosted a visit to Scotland by three Caribbean tourism ministers.

Lord Foulkes, convener of the Scottish Parliament cross-party group on the Caribbean, fixed up tourism meetings for the politicians from St Kitts, Grenada and Jamaica.
