George Foulkes blast at spin costs

LOTHIANS Labour MSP George Foulkes has hit out at the rising cost of SNP "spin".

Figures released under freedom of information laws show annual staff costs in the Scottish Government's communications department have risen to 2,346,000.

Lord Foulkes said: "Alex Salmond should concentrate on protecting front line services."
