Lib Dems - 1,238 - 2.8 per cent

Labour - 14,858 - 33.9 per cent

Conservatives - 8,010 - 18.3 per cent

Elected: SNP (Stuart McDonald)

SNP - 29,572 votes - 60 per cent

Labour - 14,820 votes - 30 per cent

Conservatives - 3,891 votes - 8 per cent

Lib Dems - 1,099 votes - 2 per cent
