Four arrested after man dies

FOUR men have been arrested after a man died following a street brawl.

Stephen Johnston, 37, died on Thursday in hospital in Elgin.

Police were called to a disturbance in the town's Lesmurdie Road in the early hours of Thursday morning.

A spokesman said: "Grampian Police can confirm that four men aged 20, 22 and two aged 25 have variously been reported to the procurator-fiscal."
