Flavour Fortnight is growing to become one of Scotland’s most exciting foodie festivals.

Enjoying real food and meeting the real people who create it is a highlight of the festival, and chef Lara Smith (above) of the Buccleuch Arms Hotel, only 50 minutes’ drive south from Edinburgh, is well known for her accomplished use of artisan food and drink.
