Flood risk is revealed
NEARLY 13,000 areas in the Lothians have been identified as being at risk from flooding.
Details of the areas emerged as part of a parliamentary questions session, and was broken down into fluvial – at risk from streams or rivers bursting banks – and coastal zones.
Edinburgh has the third highest number of danger areas, with 8,500. East Lothian also features high on the list.
