Fisherman's body found in the Spey

The body of a fisherman has been found in a river. Grampian Police said there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding the discovery in the River Spey, near Fochabers.

The body was pulled from the water at about 4pm on Thursday. Police said relatives were being informed. A spokesman said: "No other persons were involved in the incident."
