Firms urged to join forces for tourism forum

BUSINESSES across Midlothian with interests in tourism are being encouraged to join a forum.

The Midlothian Tourism Forum offers discounted advertising rates, representation at tourism-related social and networking events, free listing on the VisitMidlothian.com website and free support and advice from other members. It is now looking to boost its membership.

Members will meet regularly to explore new initiatives as well as linking with other organisations with an interest in tourism.

The forum is represented on the Edinburgh and Lothians Area Tourism Partnership and receives regular updates on tourism activities and initiatives in the area.
